A healthy diet for healthy nails

Welcome back!

As you all have figured by now, a healthy diet is essential for your overall well being. But lets home in on the benefits a healthy diet gives to your nails, so they can be something close to how fabulous my beauties are. Because even though they don’t EVER admit it, men definitely appreciate a woman with her nails slayed! Nails are a good indicator to find if you’re healthy or not. You can tell this by the color and texture of the nail as well as the nail cuticle.

If you have dark lines or a yellow tint in your nails you may need to change your diet! Puffy cuticles or peeling of the nails are also a sign of poor dieting. Most people run to doctors, who will only give them medicine. But medication doesn’t cure the problem but only band aids the issue. Proper diet is the cure! Take care of your body and I promise you, your body will take care of itself!

For healthy, strong, long nails try to eat more foods that have vitamin B. Foods such as broccoli, spinach, almonds, pineapple, chick peas, coconut oil, ect. So lets do this beauties, go to your local market and pick up some fruits and veggies! I hope I’ve been helpful, please check back soon for more nail tips!
