Today I want to give a quick tip about how water is important for nail growth. Do you ever experience brittle, weak nails? If so, you may not be hydrated enough. When you’re not hydrated you may start to see that your nails are peeling, which is so annoying! Especially when you’re trying to style your hair and your hair gets caught on a peeling finger nail!
“What if I don’t like water?” you may ask. Well our bodies are made up of 60% water, so you definitely need it! I wasn’t a big fan of water but I’m telling you, water is magical! Once you start drinking water, you’ll see a lot of changes. Adding lemon in my water has helped me get over the “I don’t like water” stage and now I can drink four bottles of water a day!
When I started drinking water regularly, my nails became stronger and longer! So it’s time to throw out those soda cans beauties, grab a glass of water and drink up!
