Welcome to my second topic page! I know some of you have been waiting for me to finally post about skin. Some of you may have acne problems, scars/acne scars, blemishes, dark spots, dry and or dull skin. But I am here to help you in the best ways that I can! Like I’ve said previously on my hair page, that all begins with health.
Water intake is very important when it comes down to this topic. Water intake keeps the skin hydrated, preventing your blood from drawing water from your skin (which makes your skin dry, as well as bringing about dark circles under the eyes). Lack of water can promote stiffness and wrinkling of the skin, making you look older. So drink up beauties, lets start our voyage on the way to healthy, beautiful skin!
