Hydrated hair = Happy hair

Hello beauties!

Welcome to my first topic page! I know some of you are so anxious to know what to do to make that lovely mane of yours pop. Whether that means you’re looking for ways for your hair to grow, make it shine and most of all ways to make it soft. That all begins with health. I know, I know … that’s not the answer you wanna hear.

Water intake is very important when it comes down to this topic. Water intake keeps the hair hydrated and makes the hair stronger which makes it grow faster! Hydration means a lot for the hair because if it’s dry (dehydrated) you’re more than likely to experience breakage. So it is important to drink at least 8 cups of water a day!
